Breathing


Paying attention to your breathing during strength training allows your body more control, keeping you calm and alert throughout your workout so you can actively engage all your muscles.

Taking a pause to focus our attention on God instead of the circumstance will exercise our faith. Pausing to take a breath instead of reacting, or responding, exercises our trust muscles. Breathing in the scope of the situation and exhaling the stress of it.


Our struggles and challenges are not exclusive to any one of us. Rather they are common to all of us. The enemy would like us to believe that we are the only one dealing with any given situation. That is simply not the truth.

1 Corinthians 10:13 says: The temptations in your life are no different from what others experience. And God is faithful. He will not allow the temptation to be more than you can stand. When you are tempted, he will show you a way out so that you can endure. (NLT)


All you've gotta do is listen, trust Him, and BREATH!
